How to Order
To place your order
- Select your desired products from the "Categories" listed on the left.
- Click on the product image and another page opens up that details the particulars of each item.
- Select your desired quantity from the drop down list. You can also select your coating options, color options and whether you need design services.
- Click on the "Add this to my cart" button. If you are adding multiple sets of the same product then enter the number of different sets and then click "Add this to my cart".
- You will be taken to your shopping cart where you can review all the products that you are about to purchase. From this screen click on the "Go to Checkout" button.
- On the subsequent screen you will be asked to login (if you have not done so already), or create a new account (if you have none).
- Upon login or creating an account you will be taken to Step 1 of the checking out process where you:
- Verify your delivery address
- Choose your shipping option (We ship via UPS, so you have an array of choices from ground shipping to Next Day Early AM delivery based on how quickly you would like to receive your products)
- Add any instructions and/or comments about your order. If you have multiple orders of the same product e.g. with Business Cards you can specify the individual names, explain that you want no UV coating on the back, or give a preferred delivery time.
- Click "Continue Checkout" to move to step 2. Here you will be able to:
- Agree to our terms and conditions
- Specify or change your billing address
- View a summary of your order
- Add in any coupons that you may have
- Enter your payment information. We accept all major credit cards as well as and E-checks
- Click "Continue Checkout" to move to step 3. At this step our credit card is processed (if using e-check then checking account is verified). You will be taken to the order success page where you can click on the link to upload your files. You will also receive an email with the details of your order.
To submit your file
We have set up the file upload system so that it adds a product to your shopping cart, at no additional charge.
- Select "UPLOADS" from the "Categories" listed on the left.
- Click on the "Choose" button to go to your computer/drive/folder to select the file to upload.
- You can only upload one file per upload box.
- Please change the file name before you upload the files, if necessary.
- Upon upload select "Add this to my cart".
- After we receive your order we will send you a digital proof via email so that you can confirm that these are the files to be printed and verify the details of your order.
